Well Fed at Home provides delicious and nutritious meals. Using fresh ingredients, Well Fed make and supply healthy Ready Meals, Slow Cooker Bags and Easy Cook Recipe packs which you can cook at home.

Order any day at Flint Town Hall or on line www.cancook.co.uk. Card payments only.

All meals will be delivered on a weekly basis (Wednesday) to the Town Hall and collection is between 10am -12 noon.
